This session will provide an overview of Canvas, the Learning Management System (LMS) that has been adopted across the State of Washington. Evergreen will be testing Canvas with a small group of faculty and students in the 2013 – 2014 academic year. The discussion will include ways in which this system differs from Moodle in the features that it offers, as well as a review of the advantages Canvas would provide to Evergreen.
