My final project is on the concept of home. I first chose home, because it seemed simple. I felt that I had already figured out what it meant to me, which I describe in my project. It also gave me an excuse to go visit a few close friends and see my family. I had the whole project laid out in my mind, how I would represent my ideas through images, my narrative was finished before I knew which day I would be leaving. When I was actually there experiencing what I had been writing about and picturing for the few days prior, I quickly found myself confused. As my visit continued, I did not want to stick with the concept of home. It seemed pointless. I felt no need to define it anymore. In the end I believe I accomplished my goals. The project still discusses home, but at the same time reveals my apathy toward defining the topic.
