"TRANSPOSED
HAMLET"
TREATMENT
Transposed
Hamlet consists of a short discourse between Hamlet and the ghost of Puking
Guy.
Hamlet stands with a hammer in one hand and a video game controller in
the other as
if weighing the difference between them trying to choose one object. Hamlet
wears dark,
artsy clothes and glasses. Puking guy wears all white, including a backwards
baseball
cap. Lighting will be provided by candles producing an eerie glow in Hamlet's
glasses.
Hamlet begins with his famous speech, only in this case it is jibberish.
The ghost
of Puking Guy tries to convince Hamlet to avenge his death which resulted
from food
poisoning. Hamlet eventually goes crazy.
